How about manufacture your own pizza that's healthy and great to taste too? What I am trying to say is that you don't have to eat tasteless food to lose weight. There are tons of healthy foods out there. Find the healthy foods you like and get creative with it.

2) One small step each week

You should start slowly and don't rush. You don't have to change all your habits overnight. Try to create a healthy eating habit or eliminate one unhealthy food every week. Just be patience and you will start to see the results in just 1-2months. What you can do is you should start with the easiest one for you. One small step each week and you will lose weight in no time.

3) Do not starve yourself

Another tasteless mistake many citizen still doing it until today is starving themselves in an attempt to lose weight fast. of course the contrary is true. You don't have to feel starve yourself in order to lose weight. In fact, starving yourself does not help you lose weight at all. When you starve yourself, you will cause your body to take in more calories in the next meal. This will increase your calorie intake. You must provide sufficient good food to your body in order to see the unwanted fats ultimately come right off your body. Feed your stomach consistently. Breakfast, lunch and evening meal are all prominent along with some snacks in in the middle of (healthy snacks like munching raw nuts or fresh fruits). This can keep you from getting hungry of course throughout the day.
